Ensuring Safety with SEMA Approved Rack Inspectors

We provide inspections for all storage products from pallet racking to cantilever racking in your warehouse or yard. Our independent racking inspections are carried out using SEMA Approved Rack Inspectors (SARI) to ensure compliance with SEMA regulations and industry standards. Beyond safety and security, inspections ensure that your racking is functional and easy to maintain.

We can arrange inspections whenever you require; whether monthly, annually or at another frequency, we can provide a package to suit. Following inspections we provide you with an in-depth, but simple, traffic light system report with clear recommendations. The report identifies areas of concern and highlights those that need immediate attention to ensure compliance with UK legislation including:

• Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 Section 2
• Provision of Work Equipment Regulations 5 & 6 1998
• Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1992
• Health and Safety in Retail and Wholesale Warehouses HS(G)76

Rack Inspection Training

All companies who have storage equipment on their premises such as pallet racking must have a trained employee nominated as a PRRS (Person Responsible for Racking Safety) in accordance with HSE76 Warehousing & Storage.

With our comprehensive Racking Awareness, Safety and Inspection course, we make it easy for you to meet this requirement and ensure that your nominated employees receive the appropriate training. Our training is delivered at your site to ensure that your team benefits from practical, relevant training that they can easily apply to their work environment.
